ZASH Kitchen selected Lahore delivery areas mein service provide karta hai. Final delivery availability, delivery fee aur estimated time order confirmation ke waqt check kiya ja sakta hai.

Order place karne se pehle in practical delivery points ko check kar lena useful hai.

1. Delivery Areas
Delivery selected areas of Lahore mein available ho sakti hai. Agar aapka area website par listed nahi hai to WhatsApp par area name ya location pin send karke availability confirm karein.

2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time order size, food preparation, traffic, weather, distance, kitchen load aur rider availability par depend karta hai.
Jo time share kiya jaye wo estimate hota hai, guaranteed exact arrival time nahi.

3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fee order value, distance, location ya delivery method ke mutabiq different ho sakti hai. Applicable charge checkout ya order confirmation se pehle show/confirm kiya jayega.

4. Correct Delivery Address
Customer ko complete aur accurate address, active phone number, landmark aur zaroori delivery instructions deni chahiye.
Wrong ya incomplete address ki wajah se delay ya failed delivery ho to extra delivery charge apply ho sakta hai.

Delivery ke waqt customer ka reachable hona zaroori hai. Agar rider/contact team repeated attempts ke bawajood customer se contact na kar sake to order delayed, returned ya cancelled ho sakta hai.

6. Packaging & Handover
Food ko suitable takeaway packaging mein handover karne ki koshish ki jati hai. Customer ko order receive karte waqt package aur item count promptly check karna chahiye.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control
Heavy traffic, rain, road closures, rider shortages, power/internet issues, high demand ya other circumstances outside reasonable control delivery ko delay kar sakte hain.
Aise cases mein hum reasonable updates dene ki koshish karenge.

8. Third-Party Delivery
Kuch orders third-party delivery platform ya rider service ke through deliver ho sakte hain. Un services ke operational terms, tracking aur delivery rules bhi apply ho sakte hain.

9. Failed Delivery
Agar delivery wrong address, unreachable customer, restricted access ya customer refusal ki wajah se complete na ho sake to refund eligibility order status aur Refund Policy ke mutabiq assess ki jayegi.

Missing item, wrong item ya significant spill/damage ki complaint order receive karne ke baad reasonably jaldi report karein.
Order number, photos ya other proof request kiya ja sakta hai taake issue verify karke suitable resolution di ja sake.
